Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using PTE Nepal (ptenepal.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.
Our Services
PTE Nepal provides PTE Academic test preparation services including:
- Online and offline PTE coaching by Smriti Simkhada (90/90 scorer)
- Practice questions and study materials
- Algorithm-based preparation strategies
- WhatsApp study group access
- Blog content and educational resources
User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account through Google Sign-In.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
One Account Per Person: Each user may only create one account. Multiple accounts may result in termination of all associated accounts.
Payments & Refunds
Course Fees: Course prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change. Payment is required before accessing paid course content.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of enrollment. After accessing more than 20% of course content, refunds are not available. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for refund requests.
Payment Methods: We accept eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and cash payment (for in-person enrollments in Bharatpur).
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Redistribute, copy, or share course materials without permission
- Use automated systems (bots) to access our services
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or spam content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
- Impersonate other users or PTE Nepal staff
Intellectual Property
All content on PTE Nepal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and practice questions, is the property of PTE Nepal and Smriti Simkhada. This content is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Disclaimer
No Score Guarantee: While our methods have helped many students achieve high scores, we cannot guarantee specific PTE scores. Results depend on individual effort, practice, and various factors.
Third-Party Content: PTE Nepal is not affiliated with Pearson, the company that administers the PTE Academic test. Any references to PTE Academic are for educational purposes only.
Service Availability: We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect accessibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTE Nepal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also request account deletion at any time.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
