Terms of Service

Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account through Google Sign-In.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

One Account Per Person: Each user may only create one account. Multiple accounts may result in termination of all associated accounts.

Course Fees: Course prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change. Payment is required before accessing paid course content.

No-Refund Policy: All payments are final. Once payment is completed, course fees are non-refundable. By enrolling and paying, you commit to attending your scheduled classes; fees for classes you do not attend are not refundable or convertible to cash.

Course Completion Window: Classes must be completed within a fixed period from the date of payment. A one-week course must be completed within 21 days of the payment date, and a two-week course within 45 days of the payment date. Any sessions not taken within this window are forfeited.

1-on-1 “Coach-Until-Target” Guarantee (private mentorship only): This is a process guarantee, not a score guarantee — PTE is scored by Pearson on test day and we cannot promise a number. If a 1-on-1 student (a) attends every session, (b) submits every assigned mock and recording on schedule, (c) reaches the target agreed in writing in Session 1 on official Pearson mocks beforebooking the exam, and (d) sits the exam within 15 days of the last session — and still does not reach that target — PTE Nepal will provide free continued coaching for one further attempt cycle (a fresh score-report debrief and targeted re-drilling, no additional tuition). The Pearson exam fee is always the student’s own. The benefit is one cycle per enrollment, must be claimed within 15 days of the result, and is non-transferable. If any condition is not met, the standard discounted-retake support applies instead. Eligibility is confirmed from session-attendance and mock-submission records.

Payment Methods: We accept eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and cash payment (for in-person enrollments in Bharatpur).

No Score Guarantee: While our methods have helped many students achieve high scores, we cannot guarantee specific PTE scores. Results depend on individual effort, practice, and various factors.

Third-Party Content: PTE Nepal is not affiliated with Pearson, the company that administers the PTE Academic test, nor with IELTS or its partners. Any references to these tests are for educational purposes only.

AI Assistants (Ask and Guru Aama): Our AI tools are provided free and as a convenience only. Guru Aama writes its answers, which means it can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date even when it sounds confident. Answers are built from a fixed set of sources — official Pearson and IELTS pages, official government immigration pages, and our own guides — and each answer shows the passage it came from. That passage, not the answer, is what you should rely on.

No Reliance for Visa or Immigration Decisions: Nothing produced by our AI tools is immigration, legal, or financial advice, and you must not rely on it when filing an application or paying a fee. Verify every fee, score requirement, deadline and eligibility rule against the official source, and speak to a registered professional before you act — MARA (Australia), RCIC / IRCC (Canada), OISC (UK). In Australia in particular, only a MARA-registered agent or an Australian legal practitioner may lawfully give immigration assistance; our AI tools do not, and are not a substitute for one.

Acceptable Use of the AI Tools: Do not enter passport numbers, visa application details, payment details or other sensitive personal information. Do not use the tools to attempt to extract our content in bulk, to generate material for resale, or in any automated way. Usage is rate-limited and we may restrict or withdraw access at any time.

AI Availability: The AI tools depend in part on external services and are offered on an “as available” basis. They may be slow, capped, or unavailable, and we do not guarantee any level of accuracy or uptime for them. For anything that matters, message Smriti directly.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect accessibility.
