Delete your account
This page is for the PTE Sprint Android app, published on Google Play by Lattice Nepal, and for the ptenepal.com website. Both use the same PTE Nepal account, so deleting it here deletes it for both. You do not need the app installed.
Delete it yourself
Sign in with the Google account you use in PTE Sprint or on ptenepal.com. You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
Can’t sign in? Ask us by email
If you uninstalled the app, lost access to the Google account, or the button above does not work for you, email us from the address your account uses:
[email protected]Put “Account Deletion Request” in the subject. We check that the request comes from the account’s own email address, run the same deletion described below, and reply to confirm. We complete email requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and your PTE Nepal profile (name, email, phone, photo, target score)
- The push notification tokens for your devices
- Your chat threads with our team, every message in them, and any reports you filed
- Your drill progress, XP and any drill reports you made
- Drills saved in the PTE Sprint app on your phone, when you delete from the app or sign out of it
- Your signed-in conversations with Guru Aama and Ask, and questions you sent our team
- Your weekly prediction email subscription, its delivery history, and any welcome email series you were in
- Job applications you sent us, including the CV and cover letter files
What is kept, and in what form
- Posts and answers you published in the practice community stay, because other students replied to them. Your name is removed and they show as “Deleted user”.
- Coaching records. If you were coached by us, the record stays with your name, email, phone, location, Pearson test ID and notes cleared. Scores and dates are kept, because the Coach-Until-Target guarantee is checked against them.
- Enrolment and contact form submissions stay as anonymous entries: the name reads “Deleted user”, the email is replaced, and the phone number, message and any uploaded screenshot are removed.
- An unsubscribe. If you had turned off our emails, we keep a one-way hash of your address so we never email it again. The address itself is not stored. If you had not unsubscribed, nothing is kept.
- Staff accounts only: our internal audit log keeps the actions you took, with your identity replaced by an opaque ID and your IP address removed. Replies you sent students stay in their threads under the name shown at the time.
- A record that a deletion happened, with no name or email in it.
Records we match by email address (contact forms, newsletter, job applications) are included when your Google account’s verified email is the same address you used on those forms.
How long it takes
Deleting here takes effect straight away. Your sign-in is switched off first, then the records above are deleted or cleared in one step. If the final removal from our sign-in provider fails, it is retried automatically, and you cannot sign in to the old account in the meantime. Deletion cannot be undone. If you sign in again later, you start a new, empty account.
