Who should choose private 1-on-1 mentorship over the group batch?

Accepted Answer

Choose private mentorship if you have failed PTE 2+ times, are abroad and cannot attend the 7 PM Nepal batch, are a working professional needing flexible timing, are targeting Australia PR Superior English (79+ each), AHPRA 65+ each, or have a tight visa/registration deadline. First-time takers without a score report and with flexible schedules usually start with the group batch first.

How long is each session and how many sessions are in the full course?

Accepted Answer

Each private session is 60 minutes. The full course is typically 5 sessions. Session 1 is a score-report or mock-result diagnosis. Session 2 covers algorithm-aware templates and scoring criteria. Sessions 3–4 are live task drills with real-time feedback. Session 5 is a full mock debrief and test-day strategy. Pace is flexible — students with tight deadlines can run 2–3 sessions per week.

Is 1-on-1 mentorship for PTE Academic, PTE Core, or both?

Accepted Answer

Both. PTE Academic for Australia PR (189/190/491), AHPRA, ACS, university admissions, and Australian student visas. PTE Core for Canadian Express Entry, PNP, citizenship, and family sponsorship. The format and templates differ — coaching is tailored to your specific test and destination pathway.

What does the score-report diagnosis identify?

The first session reads your communicative skill scores (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) against your enabling skills (Pronunciation, Oral Fluency, Grammar, Spelling, Vocabulary, Written Discourse). Most retake plateaus come from a gap between communicative and enabling — not from English ability. The diagnosis pinpoints the exact mistake patterns suppressing your score and turns them into a 1–4 week repair plan.

I am targeting Australia PR Superior English (79+ each skill). How does this differ from a regular plan?

Superior English requires 79 in EACH of the four skills in a single sitting — not an average. That changes the entire plan. We focus on whichever skill is currently your blocking skill (often Speaking Oral Fluency or Writing Grammar for Nepali students) and run targeted drills until you cross 79 reliably on Pearson official mocks. The +10 PR points from Superior English are usually decisive in modern subclass 189 invitation rounds.

Yes. AHPRA requires PTE Academic 65 in each skill (minimum) for general registration — and some pathways require higher individual scores. The plan is built around the AHPRA threshold for your specific registration type, with extra emphasis on Writing Grammar and Speaking Oral Fluency since these are the most common blockers for nursing candidates from Nepal. (1) You are a retaker stuck above 65 but below 79 and need Superior English (+10 PR points): the group batch teaches the system, but breaking through 79 each requires score-report-driven repair on your specific blocking skill. (2) You have weak Speaking or Writing — the two skills where Nepali candidates most often plateau and where 1-on-1 live correction beats group recordings. (3) You are on a tight subclass 189/190/491 invitation timeline and cannot wait for the next batch start. First-time test takers with relaxed timelines can usually start with the group batch and upgrade only if needed.

Can I take 1-on-1 sessions if I am already in Australia?

Yes — a large share of 1-on-1 students are already onshore in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Canberra. Sessions are scheduled in the evening AEST/AEDT (commonly 6–9 PM Sydney/Melbourne time) so you can fit them around work, uni classes, or hospital shifts. What is your refund policy if I do not reach my target score?

We do not offer a full refund if you miss your target score on the first PTE attempt. PTE outcomes depend on factors outside any coach's control (test-day nerves, microphone variance, speaking-room noise, scoring engine variance). What we do offer: structured retake support after your first attempt — a focused score-report debrief, targeted re-drilling of the specific tasks that underperformed, and additional practice sessions at a discounted retake rate.
